BBQ and Brawl!

And lo, did the Icy look about her and say unto the Stallion, "I'm bored!"

And thusly did the Stallion bend her over and (censored for some pages).

After showering and changing clothing the Stallion didst make a suggestion. "Why don't we throw a party?"

And the Icy considered the Stallion's words. "What kind of a party?"

The Stallion ran his mighty fingers through his long mane, his face furrowed in thought. "I could barbecue some meat? You furries like noms, right?"

The Icy's consideration was long and hard. "Okay! But let's do something for entertainment. And Komah said we should do something to fill up Zena Fur's coffers for helping new members and if they add super bases and stuff like that."

This was given much discussion over coffee at the Stallion's kitchen table, until at last it was decreed that a PVP tournament should be held, and that every participant should pay five global resources to enter the event. Furthermore, every participant should receive a prize for each level of the tournament:

A single victory should gain the valiant hero eight global.
Two victories in a row should gain the hero sixteen global.
Three victories should gain the victor thirty two global.

And so it would pass until there be only one victor left, who would then be privileged to face Icyfox herself in a duel for further reward. While all spectators and brave defeated challengers enjoyed Stallion's BBQ ribs, buffalo burgers, and sweet potato french fries.

And they gazed upon the plan and saw that it was good, yet one question remained. "So what day and time of the week should this be, Icy?"

"Anytime after 6 PM, pacific time, on the weekends," was the reply.

And so the Stallion didst pose the question to the Zena Fur. Should the tournament with BBQed noms be held every friday, on saturdays, or on sunday?

And the results for our first weekly PVP tournament are as follows:

Third place: Stallion, Dexter McGill
Second place: Nyjasca
First place: The Darkest Hour

And in the climactic battle against our resident end boss Icyfox, Darkest Hour prevailed! Well done Darkest Hour!

This was a great matchup, marred only by one mistake on my part. I forgot how the payouts were intended and so Nyjasca and Darkest Hour both received quite a bit more influence than intended. But neither of them is to feel obligated to return a bit of it; both fought beautifully and it's not even real money anyway. Great job to everyone, and I hope the next week's turnout is even larger!

Not going to answer that, Donk, because as I said, it was my fault, not yours. As was last time as well. Okay... from now on each round will pay out three global. That was we're actually going to see a PROFIT for the SG out of all this :p

In addition ONE rule is being instituted. If a fight lasts ten minutes without ending, the fight will be declared a draw and both contestants will advance, but with a notation that they are not to compete against each other again in the same event. If another opponent will take them down before the end, that takes care of that - if not, then we end up with multiple end champs. Either way, the idea is to have fun and make things exciting for all. :)

Good idea, I won't be putting people to sleep anymore :D
